SSH to the ESXi hosts and have a look at the temp.vmdk file, you need to do this from a SSH session and not through the vSphere client. What is listed under the Extent description section, does the file listed, e.g. temp-flat.vmdk, exist? Could you post the temp.vmdk file here along with the latest vmware.log from the /vmfs/volumes/4c5a5ebd-a904712c-0032-001517ce8e38/icg4aida/ directory.
Are there any -delta.vmdk files in this directory?
